The way to get startup ideas is not to try to think of startup ideas. It's to look for problems, preferably problems you have yourself.
Products where the founding team themselves are the target customers have a much better start. If you can use your own product, you can test it. If you can keep using it, you can see if others want it. Chances are if you really want it, someone else will also want it.
Then tweak as needed to keep expanding in the market. That’s how we started Neynar. We needed Farcaster hubs for the app we were building and launched the infra as a product.
