Don't necessarily have a single one. Have a few different kinds of aesthetics / driving experiences I like -
For things I wouldn't mind owning some day:
- the early 1980s land cruiser SUVs, Ineos Grenadier is a modern equivalent; can function as a reasonable family car
- Ferrari 456 GT for a ~4 seater coupe
- tasteful japanese mods e.g. NA 1.8 Miata or a 70s Corolla fastback for something super fun to drive, the Miata might be the most fun car ever made
- Tuthill 911K for a classic hypercar
- Porsche 718 Spyder RS for a more advanced Miata
- Pagani Utopia for something to look at both inside and outside
For things I don't want to own but love that they exist:
- 911 GT3
- Murcielago SV, last big V12 with gated manual shifter
- Aventador SVJ just for the right bedroom poster
- Tourbillion
- the entire Koenigsegg lineup
